Demo incentive
Demo incentive
I was wondering since these initial units are demo's and belong to infiniti and I'm sure infiniti doesn't want all these cars back would infiniti offer the dealer any incentive to buy them ie kickback?
My guess is no because initial demand will be high.

Remember these would be the first cars to roll off the line...

The salesperson at the Tustin, CA dealership I did a test drive with told me that the car I was driving would be 'crushed.' I asked him if he was kidding and he said No. Those are Infiniti's cars and they would be destroyed after the dealership is done with them. Seems strange, but maybe there is some liability with those cars. ?????

Car companies sometimes donate vehicles such as this to trade schools for use in training. -mechanics, paint and body, etc... When I went to school, we had some whole cars, and lots of body panels that were brand new from the factory that could not be sold for some reason. I'd like to think Infiniti would do something like this instead of crushing them, ouch!
At least give me the engine first!

I'm incline to believe these are production cars that can be sold. My reasoning is they all have real VIN numbers and hundreds were made. Why would infiniti crashed hundreds of cars and from I saw they were every bit as good as any production car I've seen.
Also everything came with these cars, owners manual, front license plate holder, first aid kit, floor mats, etc.
What I have found is ask 10 dealers the same question and you get 10 different answers, like the IRS.
