Here are a couple of pics I found of my G stock. I'm just trying to give you some perspective. I know I had second thoughts after I picked it up but it's all good now. If the new silver is lighter than mine, then you're good.

If they were the hyper silver like the coupe's 19" or if the wheel design was like the M wheels, it will be a different story. JMHO.
I remember you didn't like the look of the stock 18 sport wheels because of the colouring on your BS, but it will give me something to start out with and we'll see how it looks. Now who do I know with 19" M sport wheels. That is what I would really like. I wonder who

Hey Chico, those are my wheels on your car LOL .
Actually I think the Platinum Ice is lighter than the Brilliant Silver.
I always appreciate your opnion Chico, thanks .

On a side note, I did notice the fenders on the new G appear to be rolled somewhat as you noticed on your viewing the other night.

Does anyone think that if I put the coupe's 19 inch wheels on the new sedan, would it look like its on stilts?

Would I have to lower the car a bit to make it look ok? My dealer said that he would swap out the wheels for me if I wished and he would charge me only the difference in cost of the wheels.

Should I do it?

I think it would look great,as long as you had the same outside diameter of tires that are on the 07 sedan. I believe the OD of the stock 07 sedan tires are 26.7"

OK, this is what I came up with...

Stock 18" wheels

OD (front) = 26.86" Tire size = 225/50/R18
OD (rear) = 26.68" Tire size = 245/45/R18

Stock 19" Coupe wheels:

OD (front) = 26.08" Tire size = 225/40/R19
OD (rear) = 26.72" Tire size = 245/40/R19

So if my numbers are right, the front wheels will look like its on stilts unless I got to a larger tire width. Or should I go with one of these setups for the fronts.

235/45/R19 = OD of 27.32
225/45/R19 = OD of 26.98 ***

*** I think this one will be the best looking though...

But will this setup work? Will it fit the front? Will I have issues with this setup?

One thing I've noticed however, not too many choices in tires in these sizes.

Hey would you be able to have your mechanic throw on a set of Coupe 19's on an '07?

I would really like to see if I want to go through with this. A nice side profile pic of the whole car showing the wheel gaps of front and back would be nice.

I would love to see that also Kenny.
I was going to put my 05 Sedan 18" sport wheels on my 07G35X. I was curious how they would look. I was thinking of installing 245/45R18 tires on them front and back.
Look forward to pics of that.
