Bought a 2007G!!!!!

I went to the unveiling of the G at my dealership. Fell in love with the car as soon as I saw it. I pulled the trigger on a silver with black interior. I got the premium package, splash guards and cargo net. $34,750 was the gross cap cost. 56% residual, 39 months, 39,000 miles. I will be paying $1500 down payment which includes first month payment and then my monthly payments are $499. The car is supposed to arrive around Nov 10. Can't wait. What do you guys think about my deal?

the money factor was 0.00212 so I guess that translates to around 5%

Doesn't sound like that bad of a deal to me. The money up front is kind of risky though. What was the MSRP of your car? Congrats!

MSRP was $35,090. Yeah the down payment includes first month's payment. I guess for getting it so soon, not a bad deal. I am sure if I waited I would have probably received a better deal but I sold my car a couple of weeks ago and want one soon

Wait you are in Raleigh right? I guess I saw you there tonight. I am 6’4” and I was wearing kacki’s and a dark shirt. Congrats on your car. Yea once they start discounting them I will definitely pull the trigger. I still need to pay my 05 down a bit first.

You didn't buy a 2007 G35, you leased it.

Yes my first lease. Thank you for correcting me. I get an itch to change cars in 2-3 yrs so I thought I would be better off leasing it.

56% residual for 10K miles a year seems a bit little. I'm hoping to see the same numbers with 12K miles/year

It is for 12k miles/yr not 10k miles (39 months, 39k miles = 1000miles/month)
