Did you just say "R&B"?? That's anti-hip...

I will admit your car is one of the better looking Gs I've seen with overly large rims, but for me, it's just plain silly and no disrespect is intended when I say that.
and for me 18" rims are 2" too small unless you're tracking the car. might as well keep the stock rims on if you like 18's. if the kid was planning on tracking his car, he obviously wouldnt be interested in 22's. as much as i thought 22's would look retarded on the new sedan, punisher changed my mind about it. his sedan looks beautiful on the 22's he put it on.

for me the answer is that 22's will be very tough aesthetically, and very expensive for you to get right. 20's work just fine for the new sedan IMO.

Since i am allowed to post my own opinion.... i think that looks ugly as hell. if your gonna put 22s on a sedan, that would be one of the cars to do it with. But those are not nice 22s. sorry

Personally, I would feel like a complete jackass rolling around on 22s. But I say you go for it. I love seeing ridiculous looking cars and saying to my friends, "Hey, look at that jackass driving the car with the stupid looking rims!"

I've seen 24's on the 300C... it is being displayed at a local wheel shop in Garden Grove, CA. Along with that, I've also seen 24s on Benz, BMW, Audi, and more.

Now, IMO, I think they are little too much for a car. They may look good on the SUVs because of their proportions, but for a car... it's too big. I wouldn't put anything beyond 20 on my sedan, and that's what I'm going to do.

i think 22's on the 300c looks ok, a little big, but it has the bigger boxier body to pull it off plus has the big wheel arches... On our cars, i would think 22's would look out off place if you put on chrome, but with a nice silver with the RIGHT offsets, it can look nice like Punisher's... But more than likely it'll be hard to find rims with perfect offsets that won't stick out, and a drop would be necessary since you'll look like you're off roading...

personally I don't see what the big deal is. Its his money he can PIMP out his car any way he wants. If he wants to put pink 22" rims, tint his windows with a black marker and use a baby diaper scent air freshener that is his business... Let him enjoy his car!

Some of you folks seem to forget that the OP asked for opinions, and we're giving him just that. There are members that can't decide what wheels look good on their cars and want other members to tell them (do a search for 'wheel opinions' and you'll see what I mean). Apparently choosing the right wheel is so crucial to having a G35 that many don't trust their own eyes!

Some people consider a car useless unless it has gigantic wheels and a Tokyo Drift body kit. I think the money is far better spent making it handle better, stop faster, and accelerate quicker. For me it's all about the driving experience, and most of the cosmetic stuff has no effect or even a negative effect on performance. If someone thinks my 17" stock rims make my car look (whatever the opposite of 'baller' is), then too bad for them. Just my opinion though.

I have owned japanese cars for a long time now, but after hoping over to the domestics side for aobut a 1.5 years and then coming back to the japanese car forums,

I find the ***/import car drivers are alot more haters than the domestic guys. ITs actually really pathetic. I find this on my local maxima club site as well, (having used to own a 2k2 and 2k3 maxima).

The best part is, the ones who hate the most are usually the ones driving stock cars, that wouldnt even know how to check the tire pressure of their car.

I personally do not like my G35. I do not go out side and look at my car and say what a nice car. Thats why i need to mod the $hit out it to at least make it look more appealing to me. I bought this car because it was SUPER CHEAP (special deal i got), not because i like the styling or power or something. But thats me offering up my own opinion.
