To access the phonebook while moving the only option is by voice but you need to know where the person's sits on your phone book, what number they are on the list. I know it sucks....

 

Anyone with a Motorola Q able to help me? I have no problem pairing the phone with the car, as soon as I sit inside, it automatically picks it up and connects via Bluetooth.

I want to transfer my phonebook from the Q to the G. I have to option to send any single contact via BT to the car, but I cannot find an option to send all of the contacts at once. I don't want to sit there and transfer each contact one by one. Does anyone know how to do this with the Q?

Also, each name it imports is last name, first. This drives me nuts and I don't think of people by their last names. How do I go about changing this? Thanks a lot.

 

Are you sure? I know you can copy individual entries from your downloaded phonebook to the 40-entry phonebook, then you can use voice or access the screen directly while driving. I haven't figured a way to access anyone on the downloaded phonebook via voice.
