+1. Glad you made it home safely, Wayne and that you are pleased with your new G. Can't wait for more pics and your take on the new G35x.

Great to hear you made it home in one piece Wayne. The G looks great. I can't wait to read your driving impressions.

I just got an email with my VIN! My dealer tells me they are pretty sure she'll be here the week before Christmas considering everything goes as planned.

He'll know for sure in a couple of days and let me know!

Thanks everyone.
I am so impressed with this car. I loved my 05 X but this car is lightyears ahead of it. It seems to have gobs of power although I am taking it easy during break-in. I found I had to concentrate on my speed because a couple of times I looked down at the speedo and I was in excess of 140km/h on partially snow covered roads OOPS, it is so smooth the speed creeps up on you. One important thing I should mention before I forget, the stock Goodyear Eagle RS A tires are useless for winter driving (even worse than BS Turanzas). I am used to my Blizzaks and my new ones will be going on the stock rims within the next week. Get snow tires for whatever model you are driving.
The GPS is amazing, the graphics blow you away. My Motorola RAZR paired up easily with the cars Bluetooth system. The standard seats are very comfortable, and the dash layout is great. The one gripe I see is the lack of storage space in the cabin. The glove box in the dash is only big enough for your manuals and the center console will hold next to nothing.
I never had a chance to check out my cars handling and such since the weather was so miserable out. The car did offer a very comfortable ride for my wife and I and I am looking forward to taking it on the back winding snow-covered roads in my area once I get my snows installed to try her out.
It seems like all the features on this car are endless, and I am going to have a great time researching them all.
I figure this car is one of the best bangs for a buck around, I think it is a winner .

Glad to hear you are back safe and sound Wayne. Yes, this car offers so much more than the previous gen and is leaps and bounds above anything else at this price. Looking forward to seeing more pics of your new X.

Thanks again everyone and it will be a while before I get pics. We have been having snowsqualls all night and are still forecast for today.

Just got the word

They are shooting for my baby to be at the dealership by 12/15 (which is Friday). I just got the email and I think it may have caused some heart palpitations.

I will be sure to let everyone know when I will know for sure and post pictures.

Well turns out that distribution won't have it to the dealer next until week some time. My patience holds strong!
