Problem setting digital clock for non Nav

Just picked up a black 07 G35x with premium. Definitely a sweet car except for the cheap looking plastic for the handles and the sunglass holder area. The gas pedal seems a little too anxious to speed off Seems like you have to make quite a serious effort not to give yourself a whiplash from a stop.

Any one here knows how I can set the digital clock for non Nav cars? There isnt a "Clock" option under "Settings".

Thanks!

Do you mean in the center of the dash (between tach and speedo)? If so, it's a timer not a clock.

I did the same thing. Spent 3 hours trying to figure out how to set that "clock". Worse than that, I had heard somewhere that when you set the digital clock the analog clock automatically adjusts to match the digital clock! So I had to find out how to set that digital clock in order to get the right time on the analog clock

Don't sweat it - in a mag review (think it might have been Edmunds), the reviewer complained that there was no automatic way to synch the analog and digital clocks

u're right! Thanks for the help. It didnt even dawn on me that it was a timer(though i question the need for a car timer) since it sync-ed up so perfectly with the analog clock when I first got it.

Hey G35, do you know if u'll need a special way/key to reset the maint alert or going via the user screen is good enuf? I'm still a long ways from the 1st oil change but I remember my annoying old car had to be reset by the dealer...
