Survey from Infiniti Research Dept.

I did a search on this with no relevant results. Has anyone received a survey from Infiniti Research Dept. regarding their recent purchase/lease experience? I know at BMW dealerships, they rely heavily on these surveys to receive their desired stock and other benefits - not sure if this is the case for Infiniti as well.

My friend received some free goodies from his BMW dealer when he filled in all "excellent" on the customer satisfaction survey for his 330i. Anyone receive any perks/goodies from their local dealer if you fill in all "excellent"?

that's what my salesman told me. he said like in 3 weeks or so i'd get one, and he told me if i brought the survey in to him, he'd buy me a full tank of gas that's a good $55 right there so you know i can't wait for that survey to come

Yes, I received one as well. My salesmen told me these surveys are extremely important for both dealership and personal benefits and awards.

Nice.. My salesman didn't tell me anything, so I'm not sure how to benefit from this. Do I just call in and ask for free gas? Sounds kind of greedy on my part if you ask me.

I got one and filled it out on-line. No free tank of gas, though. Lucky bastard.

Yes, and I gave my sales guy top marks throughout - he deserved it.

Funny Mike never mentioned it to me. I gave him excellent marks.

I got mine in the mail a few days ago. Gonna fill it out this weekend. My dealer is giving me 1 or 2 free oil changes for it.

I was told I would get a $50 gift certificate just because it was the holiday season. Also, the finance mgr. gave me a heads-up that I would be receiving a survey, and before he could say anymore I told him I would take care of him, to which he said he appreciated it. Sure enough, on Tue. after my Sat. delivery BMW called me on the cell phone to rate the dealership. I told the guy 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, and he reminded me that the scale only went up to 5. Also, no joke, he asked several times to confirm the spelling on my CA's name, so I guess they take positive feedback seriously. Based on the above, I hope I get some freebies too, but I can't imagine what, maybe a polo shirt or jacket would be nice, but I got those already from The Ultimate Drive. It would be nice if the freebies were non-BMW because with free maintenance there really isn't any benefit to getting a dealer credit.

I just received my questionnaire from Infiniti...

My salesman never mentioned it, and I only expected one because of this thread.

My salesman at Infiniti of Lisle was great, so I'll rate him accordingly and possibly mail a copy to him so he knows what my family and I thought. It is good to know that this type of feedback impacts reward, so there is incentive to 'build a relationship' rather than just sell a car.
