Thanks for all the comments guys. Yeah, getting my Volvo hit did **** me off, especially since I was on my way to show it to a buyer. Oh well, it worked out OK in the end, and now I have the G, which is just as nice (or nicer) and refined inside, but much much more fun to drive.
Moose, we do have some chassis dynos at work, but not really available for employee testing. It would be kind of cool to sneak it in over the holidays though...
I would actually like to try using some of the dynamometers at work and compare to some numbers people get on other dynos, like dynojets. I love when people say things like "this dyno always reads low." Well, Jesus, calibrate the ****, and have it read correctly!! Ours are used for very accurate torque measurements. I can just imagine saying to one of our customers, "oh, this dyno always reads high or low."
