Yup vstrizheus! Went with the Fairfield dealership. Got it for 750 over invoice which is not too bad. The drive back was good - luckily there was no snow/ice in the passes.

It sure grows on you, doesn't it? I loved my 05 but this car seems lightyears ahead of it for handling, power, and technology.

Don't let K wind it out too much, she'll end up with another ticket!

I put 1000 miles on my G in 11 days. You're not crazy. I'd say you're crazy to drive it any less than you already are! It's just too damned fun...

No! I used Fairfield's $750-off MSRP and took it elsewhere. I would've recommended the Oakland dealership to you. I think they're giving away the Gs starting at $1,000 below MSRP.

Either way, congrats on your Blue Slate! I haven't driven it on long freeway trips yet, so the highest I've gotten was around 19mpg+. Not bad, considering, I rev it at least past 4000rpms in 1, 2, and 3 gears. No one can resist a lead foot when driving this thing!

Hey, Simon, is that you? You're the only one I know from around the Bay with a Garnet Ember G.

I've had my car for a little less than 2 months. I have about 2400 miles. I only live about a mile from the office, so I try to drive the car whenever I have an excuse to.

Hey, did you ever post any pics of your GE Sport? I don't recall seeing any.
