I must be at the other extreme...

3 weeks into owning the G and it's got 179 miles on it (15 of those already on it at delivery).

I've had mine for 4 days now and I have just over 300 miles on it. I am trying to get over 1000 miles by next week as I am moving and don't want to be in the crucial part of the breakin period driving on the highway for hundreds of miles. I'll be trying to get another 150 miles or so on it today.

I've had mine for just over a month(picked it up Nov. 23rd) and its going to turn 2,000 miles today... that's a lot more then I normally drive, typically I drive 1,500 a month, but with the holidays, both thanksgiving and x-mas I have been racking up the miles.

You're not crazy. Isn't that why you bought the car? To drive it? I've had mine for a little over a month and I have about 3k. I just find any excuse or opportunity to drive it. If it were a woman, we'd have already walked down the isle!

Enjoy your ride!

Bought Nov 11th - 3275 miles. Almost ready for the bull@#*^ oil change at 3750 for the warranty. Why is this at least 13500 on cars in Europe?

Example: Toyota Yaris in Europe, oil change at 10,000 miles. Toyota Yaris in US, oil change at 5,000 miles to maintain warranty and dealer trying to convince you 3750.

Already at 1000 miles... after picking up the car on Friday with 18 miles on it. Had to drive it to the Seattle area from the Bay Area dealership. I was changing speeds and gears frequently and got 22.8mpg (from the onboard comp.)
