Yep, it was a brutally cold day here today Wayne. Our first day of really cold weather this winter. It is supposed to warm back up tomorrow though.

Here you go Mike! The handle is on the right hand side of the inside of the trunk lid. Use this to close your trunk instead of getting finger prints on your G.

OK, I'm going to have to go home tonight and take a closer look. I swear I looked for something like that when i first got the car, and didn't see anything, so have been doing the tail light method. If that handle is there, it will rock my world! Stay tuned...

Yeah, I found it. I wonder if mine is configured differently that yours, it looks a bit different from your picture. From your pic, it looks like it is right there staring you in the face. Mine is in a weird place, and I have to bend down to see it. It is underneath the lip of the trunk, so when the trunk lid is fully open, the "finger holes" are open down towards the ground. It is very awkward to use. It would have been much better if they had made it so you stick your fingers into the slot horizontally, instead of vertically. It's a weird action to reach up underneath there that way and pull the trunk lid close, and get your arm out of the way.

Does yours work this way? I'll have to post some pics. Maybe the non-nav, or US grab holes are different....

Yeah, mine works the same as yours does Mike. I guess the picture I attached looks a little deceiving as the trunk lid was completely up and I was crouched directly beneath it. I think it works very well, but then again I am probably used to using it as I had it on my 03 as well.

Cool, thanks for the update. I'm sure I'll get used to it, (now that I've found it), its just the last two vehicles I had it was oriented differently.
