bumperplugs color

How close the color in bumperplugs compare to our 07 G?
I want to get the red one...
Shouldn't be too bad right?

They are identical.

The color code you need to look for on bumperplugs.com is: (AR2) Tornado Red - Although, this red is listed on their comparison chart next to Infiniti Red. I don't know if the Garnet Ember is the same as the Laser Red on the previous years G models (03-06). If it is the same color then the Tornado Red (AR2) will be an exact match.

Here is a link to their comparison chart: http://bumperplugs.com/BPindex.html - Click on the Color Match Chart link to see the matching colors.

I so wish they had the same color as the Blue Slate. It's too unique and new. And for some reason, Infiniti doesn't have the touchup paint available. Com'on, Infiniti! It's been over 3 months! Don't you think there are SOME owners with scratches and chips?

Hopefully they aren't the type of plugs that Daniel directed you to!

I'm sure it's a matter of time before they will have blue slate plugs as well. For now, I've asked my dealer not to even dare thinking about drilling any holes in my bumper. He said it's against state law and that they are now required to do so, but he promised to skip it for me.

Yeah, sucks for me, my car had holes drilled even before I decided to buy the car from the dealership. I already emailed bumper plugs a long time ago, and they said I'd have to send in a sample of the paint. I ordered the touch up paint, but, like all G35 sedan parts, everything is backordered.
