Leaking tire

Leaking tire
OK, so I'm an idiot and didn't check the tire pressures when I picked up the car, assuming the dealer had as part of their pre delivery prep. I did check the oil and brake fluid but not the tires for some reason. In a rush to drive I guess.
So my TPMS comes on telling me I have a low tire. I check them and all are at 43+ except one at <25. I set them all to 32 and the tpms is on shortly after for the same tire below 25.
So a couple questions. Could the dealer's overinflation (and my laziness) have caused damage to this tire? Anyone think the dealer would be inclined to do a good faith swap or something? The car only has 1800 miles on it. Has this happened to other people before?

I think you're ok on the tire. I would go back and complain to the dealer the fact they delivered the car without checking the tire pressure. This is a safety issue. With tire pressures that high you could have gotten into an accident.
Check the tire for nails, etc. If you don't see anything take a little soapy water and spray it on the valve stem and see if you have a leak there and if so the stem may only need to be tighten. Otherwise the dealer or a tire shop will have to look at it.
