I just wonder how much better Stillens' dual exhaust could be over the stock G's?
Their CSR told me they are done with proto work and are in production. I asked about Hp gains and he said they would be posted as soon as the exhaust is available on their website.

I really don't like the stock exhaust setup on the 07. The so called x pipe is more of a traditional y pipe. And the ID of the tubing from the ypipe to the tips can't be more than 1.25".

I don't know if there's much room for gains, but just going with larger diameter piping would do wonders for the sound.

My Mods

1. Removed that little tray from the center console

2. Removed that little cover on the complact flash card slot

3. Removed that cardboard announcement hanging form the glove compartment

4. Unhooked the top two hooks of the cargo not for easy trunk access.

It looks TIGHT!!!

Do you know when the exhaust will be available? Are the tips rolled? Oval or Round? Any info would be appreciated. Im tempted to wait for the fujitsubo (2 months!!), I'm not looking for gains as much as I want to change the sound. The HR sounds horrible compared to my Z!

Sorry, I wasn't involved with R&D at all. I just called them to get the latest info.

So far, there's a fugly, trying-too-hard billet grill, H&R springs that are on backorder, and alot of pretty pictures of japanese stuff that may or may not ever be released here, nevermind pricing. I think it's going to be a few months before anything comes out in this (read: the US) market. I hope the coupe doesn't take the wind out of the sedan-modding sails!

....... or you can hold onto your money and buy it when it's out. It's not like your getting a discount, and I can't imagine them selling out once they become available.
