Adding A/V devices in trunk

The A/V input in the center console is a nice feature, but a bit small if you want to add more than one device. I came a cross this wireless A/V transmitter that seems to have gotten pretty good reviews.

One of these should fit in the center console and the other can reside in the trunk. This is nice for those that don't want to deal with feeding/hiding wires.

The one concern I have with this power. It takes a 15V DC input, while the car provides 12V DC. Anyone know how to resolve this?
