G35x in the bad weather - yawn

Now my third morning driving to work in "bad" conditions - as dictated by the local weather yaps. Saw many cars and SUVs off to the side of the road and a handful of tow trucks out. G just kept going where I pointed it - never a slip or slide the entire ride - which is an uphill/donwhill/twisty route.

YAWN!

Yeah, unless I'm doing something like passing snowplows uphill out of a turn with 4-5" of snow on the ground, I haven't really slipped out...

...very glad I got the X, and snows!

I kept the Eagle RS-As on and they've been more than fine. I have a brand new set of Wintersport M3s in the basement if anyone wants them. Bought them for the Z and never got used or mounted.

I have a 4x4 Cherokee I have as a little beat around. Well, this morning it snowed and I used the Jeep cause the g35x was still clean Even using 4x4, the x handles 20x better in the snow vs. the Jeep.

Well those RS-As won't do squat on the ice for braking and grip as compared to winter rubber. Seriously, put those M3s on the X and you will be even more amazed .

Snow isn't a challenge in the X at all, but I have been taken hostage by some ice a couple of times on the side streets. I have Toyo Garit KX winters on and this car handles like its summer time.

My Dad was cheap and he left the RS-As on his FX45 and he says that they absolutely suck on ice and snow.

Yes. Yes they do! Put some blizzaks on there though and it feels like its snow-proof.

Would you like to trade climates? It's only been snowing here for 2 straight weeks and we have more than a foot of snow on the ground. I much rather see the pacific.

Sorry, couldn't help it guys! I feel for you guys who have to drive in snow with those beautiful G's! I hate having to drive my car in just rain; can't imagine driving in snow.

The closest thing we have to snow is this~

Our world famous Matsumoto's Shaved Ice on the North Shore!

LOL. If I lived in your climate, I would be rubbing it in as well.
