VPP Update

Just to update all the inquiries I've been getting -- VPP is not valid on all 2007 G35 Sedans and 2007 QX56's but available on '07 Coupes, '07 FX, and '07 M's. I'll keep you posted on when it'll be valid.

According to the website, VPP-A and VPP-C are available for the 07 G35 sedan. Did they retract them?

If you are eligible for VPP pricing, talk to your dealer. You might be surprised!

Exactly the reason you should inquire about VPP pricing if it is available to you. If the dealership wants to sell the car at the VPP price, they will...

It depends on which VPP plan. According to the website, VPP-A and VPP-C IS available on the 2007 G35.

However, not all dealerships will honor it them and in fact, most will not right now (they are not obligated to do so). The dealership GM usually wants the bigger margin which is understandable.

Only ONE in So Cal would at the time I bought mine (thumbs up for Infiniti of Mission Viejo!).

I purchased the '07 G35 4DR Sedan Sport Model under the VPP - C Plan, which yeilds a 1.65% below invoice price (not including tax, tags, title) on 02/28/07.

I purchased mine on 2/16 under the VPP C plan. They originally said that they wouldn't do it, but they wanted my 05 G35 Sport/Premium/Nav so bad that they gave me the deal.

I bought my 2007 Sedan under the VPP C-plan also. The sedan has been available on the VPP for quite some time now. Dealers are not telling the truth, and stating that the plan is not available, so that they can push away bottom-barrel buyers. It really irritated me. I almost gave up and bought a BMW.

Once you take the dealer to the VPP website and hold his hand, he will admit that it is available. However, I had more than one dealer give me false VPP prices!!

Remember what I teach you here: TRUST NO ONE!!

I got my car on VPP on Sunday no problem. Not sure if it helped that the salesman was a buddy of mine...
