Is it still true that the dealer isn't obligated to honor the VPP purchase plan for certain vehicles. I.e. perhaps 2007 G35 Sport with Nav/Tech or others with Nav/Tech?
Because that would seemingly still give the dealership the right to say no anyway on almost any car package.
