Need a favor! Rear bumper cover loose?

Please help me out: I just had my rear bumper cover replaced (don't ask... ), and the paint etc. looks great - but the ends of the bumper cover are loose? They guy said he was surprised too, but checked with the dealer and they checked some other '07s, and it's the same.

It's loose at the bottom, right behind the wheels (where the splash guards are); I can move the bottom out 2 - 3 inches right behind the wheels without any effort.

Can you please check yours when you get a chance and let me know if this is normal?? Also, the rest of the paint on the car now seems rough. Would this be an overspray problem that I need to fix with a claybar?

Thanks!

I kinda noticed it was not firmly attached on mine either when I washed the car ... but not 2-3 inches of movement. Maybe like 1/2".

I just went out and checked for you. I gave a little tug on the three spots that I outlined. There was a little bit of give there, maybe 1/4" at best. If you are able to move it 2-3", something is not right.
