haha i wont find out the top speed, but ill let you know if it shuts down at 140 but only after breaking it in! dont worry, at the rate im going i shoudl be able to do this sometime next week!

lol yeah, up here in Canada they recommend 1000 Km, were at 250 and we've had the car since Saturday. So by the end of the week I hope we will have broken it in!

ive had the car since last sunday (8 days ago) and i have ~500 miles on it so far. i cant wait till the 1200 mark!

yes, the mods began! tint to come soon.

 

Ours has tint, 50% all around, except for the windshield which is lighter. The dealer did this because it's legit to have tint in Ontario.

 

I never understood this, what's the point of paying for tint you can't see? Even 35% tint you can barely see...

 

even the slightest tint helps. you notice it more when you get a ticket and take the fronts off! i was actually thinking 35% all around cuz front tinti is illagel here in socal but i also hate the look of differnt % tint in the front and back.

 

I'm in the same boat. On my old car i had 20% rear and 70% to stay legal and I always was a bit annoyed that I didn't do the same front and back. But like you said, it's illegal here...

 

My last two cars ('95 Landcruiser, '00 RX300) both had 20% all around and I've never been pulled over for it. That was a span of about 9 years. I got 20% all around again and 50% on the windshield. Yeah, it's illegal, but I'd rather pay a fine once every few years then driving around without noticeable tint.
