Sport Question

Aesthetically from the exterior, is it just the front bumper that's different from the X and Journey?

There's also the grin on the driver's face that can be seen through the front windshield.

Different ride height, different front brakes, different wheels(Optional), different bumper, Sport has the red "S" badge, X has an "X".

The Sport has Bigger 13inch brakes all around,Stiffer more tight Suspension setup, 18 inch Rims, which you can't get with an "X" Model G, and like previously Mentioned..Diffrent Front Bumper, and Side Body Cladding.

The side body cladding is what puzzles me. I was at the dealership trying to figure out what was different. I think I'm crazy but they looked the same on Journeys/Bases vs. Sports. Let me know if I need to schedule an appointment at the opthamologist.

I would schedule your appointment right away! When I was at the dealer I saw an X, (which obviously doesn't have the side sills) and it definitely looks different without them. I could spot the difference right away.

yea the side sills and lower front bumper are the biggest difference when looking at the two...i love the ground effects look of the sport..and i think the rear spoiler just compliments the whole package

Hahaha! So true, so true. If for any reason you're on the fence about which version to get, then GET THE SPORT! Unless you live someplace where it snows half the year, then you don't want any other version.

Thanks for all the great responses. Anyone have pics of the side sills on a sport and non-sport?

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh.....with each question I ask in this forum, it just inches me closer to getting off my butt and heading to the dealer and Carmax to appraise my 04TL. If only the dealers had more stock of the sport model.

Garnet Canuck,

Thanks alot for the pics. It was really helpful. Do you ever nick the side sill when stepping out of the G?

BTW..the GE color looks very sharp, but unfortunately feng shui indicates red is not a lucky color for me.
