I never heard of painted on pen stripes it would be too difficult to get the line perfectly straight.

Look again. That pinstrip is not painted on, and theres no way it was. It is a very tough decal. My 06 coupe came with one, and after about an hour, I removed that nastyness from my car. When I took my car in for service...There was a designated guy who did this pinstriping-ness on all the new cars waiting to be delivered. It is simply a decal, or sticker if you will... All you need is a blow drier or a heat gun, warm it up a bit...not too much....and with something slim such as a credit card, slowly scrape it away. I dont even know why they do this to cars like ours....its tacky if you ask me

ya i agree with the others, the pinstripes gotta go. but love gotta love the black. good luck keeping it clean. I have yet to master carwashing at 11pm at night after work. lol
