Any new good lease deals out there?

Anyone seeing any more agressive lease deals yet? if not, any idea when we might see them? My dealer in NC certainly has plently of G's to choose from.

Something in the Zero down, 12K miles a year, $450 a month range for a G35 with premium, maybe sport wheels and XM?

Thanks for any feedback.

I got mine for 0 down, plus 2000 I was upside down, 10000 miles a year for 39 months and it came out to 660 a month. Based on a residual value of 19000 and a money factor of 0.0029.

My lease is 39 months/39,000 miles ...
$499/month
$0 down (aside from first month, tax, tag, title)
My car is a G35 Sport 6MT, Premium, Rear Spoiler, Mud Flaps, Cargo Net

No lease deals really, as far as I know anyway. Just the negotiated rate I got. They did say it would have cost a little more if the deal was completed in February, but we signed the deal January 31 and took delivery February 4.

A different dealership wanted $599/month for the same car. I know it was the same car because I went to the other dealership and they got the car from the dealership I first went to and then sold it to me

I think I got a good deal.

2007 G35 Sport, Sedan, Premium Package, Liquid Platinum.

39 month lease, 15,000 miles a year, $5,000 down (which includes some money out of pocket and the value of my Acura after its lease was paid off) came out to about $420, plus tax for a total of $450 a month. That is pretty good considering I got them to give me the 15,000 miles a year extra. I think the residual is about $20,000.

He said 15,000 miles a year... I think when he said 15,000 extra he meant to say 3,000 extra since 12,000 a year is standard.

just be careful there are a lot of dealerships that use outside banks over Infiniti that you get raped at the end of lease term costs

we really don't see any rear wheel drives up here in the northeast (sports and 6mt's have different money factors)

awd money factors are 0.00197 for 24 months but the 39 month at 0.00211 and a high 57% residual value makes it worthwhile

i think the best bargain is the M35x awd at 0.00048

Yeah, good call. My total miles per year is 15,000, up from the normal 12,000. It made more sense, economically speaking, to pay the difference of $13 per month now than have to pay 20 cents per mile over if I end up returning the lease.

I was about to finance through another bank, but was curious what lease would be for my G35x w/ nav, prem, tech, and wood. I was offered $539 for 36 months and 15k miles with $3000 down. Got $21,500 for trade and $5k went to trade in payoff. After putting down $3k for lease I would get back $13,500 cash back. I am new to leasing, but I think this is not bad since I can invest that cash. Although I do have a vegas trip next month
Any advice for a first time leaser? I think I will try to get the mothly down to $520 and go with it. Kinda crazy how lease agreements can be negotiated. I thought it was a set thing. Still driving my G that hasn't been paid, thats even crazier.

So, what's the total down payment or out of pocket before you take the car and have a $520/mo. pmt? You really want to try and keep the initial out of pocket as low as possible.

Any others out there that can share their numbrs? I am getting ready to contact the dealer...
