I've never heard of a dealership actually performing any modifications to your car themselves that is not an OEM modification or replacement. Your best bet is to post in your local regional forum on the board and ask those guys where they go to get their cars lowered. Changing your suspension will not void your warranty in anyway however if any part of your car was affected by the springs they will not cover their replacement for example if your CV Joints or shocks needed replacing within the warranty period you'll have to foot the bill for new ones.

Who would be more experienced is really a toss up. Peace of mind is very important so ask the dealership how many spring installs they have done before and someone in the Palm Beach area can point you in the right direction of a shop that specializes in suspension and alignments. A spring installation is 1 to 2 hours labor for an experience tech. I recommend you get the alignment a couple weeks later to give your springs a chance to settle

But no, the entire warranty on the car is not rendered null and void because you put on aftermarket rims, lowered the car an inch, or installed an aftermarket spoiler.
However, if the trunk lid rusts where you drilled the holes to mount an aftermarket spoiler, don't expect them to replace the waterstrained trunk carpet, if the aftermarket rim you have breaks and a piece of it knocks a hole in the rear qtr. panel, don't expect them to fix it, etc.
