I understand what you're saying, but the Destination and Handline fee is a legitimate fee since it's on their website. So I'm not talking about some bogus fee that they just conjured up.

However, my question still remains...is the deliver fee of 2.5% supposed to be in place of the Destination and Handling fee? Or am I suppose to be charged for both if I take the VPP? I guess that's a better way of phrasing my question. Sorry for the confusion.
