Yeah, apparently it had been activated back in January, 2+ weeks before I even bought the car. It didnt fully activate though, it was only getting channel 1, 147, and something else (the emergency broadcast channel I think). So, she resent the signal and now I get all the chanells, BUT, she told me my trial still runs out April 13 =(.
On a side note, the XM sounds great compared to my MP3 player hooked up through the Aux Inputs!

When you call XM tell them you just bought the car and would like to activate and get the 3 month trial for XM radio and 3 month trial for XM Traffic (if you have Navigation) it takes about 10 minutes to setup your account and within 20 minutes your radio will be active.. you need to keep the radio on the whole 20 minutes to receive the activate signal.
There is no charge to activate, and you don't even need to give your credit card to activate it... if they ask for a credit card just say that you want to have the trial first and if you like it you'll call back and then add your credit card to continue service.
