Track session - PICS!!

Here's the link to the pics from the Grubbs road course session; these are the best ones of me and my car (well, of my car anyway...

, the entire session is viewable too. It's the 2.26.07 one.

It looks like there is a Non-Sport G35 in those pics. By any chance did you notice if it had a hard time keeping up with you? Or if there was a significant difference in distance between you two in the turns or straits?

Looks like a lot of fun!! What's with the special jumpsuits? I assume they're for "show" and not special flame-retardant suits in case someone decides to simulate NASCAR racing in their G?

No, they're actually racer flame-retardant suits. Which are probably partly to add to the atmosphere, but the pro put on his helmet and suit when he went at full-speed. And if you think about it, even if the odds are against someone clipping the edge and somehow flipping, it makes sense to minimize injury.
