I was driving no the freeway and a freakin' rock flew straight to my windshield. I got like 3 small scratches on it. About 3mm each. It's pretty small but i'm still bummed about it. Anyone got any recommendations for fillers or like repair kits for small scratches?

 

just have a windshield repair company come do it for you. you get 3 fixes for free per visit if you provide valid insurance.

last time i had it done, there was a couple of guys from a windshield repair company in my parking lot and they came door to door.

all you need to do is look up in the yellow pages for windshield repair, tell the guys that you have insurance and would like them to come repair a few chips in your glass.

almost all insurance companies will cover chip repairs under your comprehensive with NO deductible, even if you HAVE a deductible.

edit: as an alternate route, you could call your insurance and request info about chip repair, is it free, can they call someone and set it up for you. that'd be less time consuming on your part.
