The Eibach drop is less than the H&R? I thought the Eibachs were supposed to be lower than the H&R?

At any rate, I like the front a lot.... its just the rear. Maybe I should get a set of 350Z springs, swap the rears and decide what I like?!?!

The alignment issues arent bad enough to hurt it too bad as it is?!?!

Guys... if you want to bring the rear up a tad, you can install these spring pads.

From here: LINKY part # for the spacer #9.6101

Just us OF old timers
... actually I just did the same thing in my Z4M.
Installed H&Rs & added a thicker perch pad to even the drop.... worked great!

Wha? wha? wha? wa, wah, wuuuutt?!

Hold on there gentlemen, you're telling me that the stock springs on the coupe/Z will fit on the '07 G and offer a slight drop but not as low as Eibach or H&R?!?!?

Whoa.

My next question would be, do the part numbers line up with the AWD versions of the G?...

I think historically:

1) OEM Coupe/Z springs
2) Tein H-Tech
3) Eibach Pro-Kit
4) H&R's
5) Eibach Sportline or Tein S-Tech
6) Airbags

So, noone thinks the 'spring pads' idea would do anything detrimental? It wouldnt mess anything up or hurt the performance (as much as mixing springs)? I mean, hell, I could order a few sets of them and experiment, they are cheap enough...

I will post some pics this evening!

Take a look at the older G sedan threads. There are tons of people who've done it to get just the right amount of conservative drop. Not too sure about the exact details about which works best, G-coupe or Z springs, and why but there are countless threads about it.

The front camber is comparable to what railgunner had for his H&R springs.

Your rear camber is farther out than railgunners.

I'd recommend an alignment kit unless you can afford premature tire wear.
