How's my deal?

Got the following in writing with a Buyers Order from a Northern Virginia dealership. The car is on their inbound list and will be here sometime 1st/2nd week of April.

2007 G35 Sport Auto
Ivory Pearl/Graphite
Premium
NAV
Tech
Splash Guards
Cargo Net

Invoice - $36392 (includes the $700 destination charge)

Got it for $36892, basically $500 over invoice price
plus $299 doc fee and tax, title, license
NO TRADE-IN

Anyone looking in the Northern VA area, they also have a Black Obsidian/Stone equally equipped that's inbound the same time as mine.

A few questions for the board:
1. Is XM included with the above equipped G?
2. Do you load all CDs into the same single slot on the changer?
3. Are wheel locks included, or do you have to buy them from the parts department?
4. Anybody know the official update to Chantilly Infiniti's 500 Club? Someone said they may do away with it. That's the only single reason that's giving me second thoughts about getting the best deal here.

1.) YES XM comes with Nav
2.) NO, single in dash, 5 in trunk
3.) Depands on dealership
4.) Dont know...

Infiniti of Chantilly tried to totally RIP me off... I got mine loaded up Journey, Premium, Nav, Tech from JBA in Elicot City. MSRP was 38,400 I paid 34,800 out the door and they gave me $1800 more for my trade. I would have shopped it. I did want an IP and settled for a Lakeshore Slate though...

Who did you deal with there??

Holy ****!

You got yours for less than what I'm paying and I didn't get the Tech pckg. That's a steal!

I tried to buy my first 2 times (Coupes) at Tysons, no luck either. I ended up buying both at Passport in Alexandria. I haven't been overly impressed with any NOVA dealers... but, I live out in Winchester, we dont live quite the rush ruch lifestyle. I would rather it be more laid back and MUCH MUCH less pressure...

Is Towny Townsend still at Tysons?? haha

Is there a trade-in?

It is impossible to tell if a deal is good or not without knowing if a trade-in was involved. You might get what looks to be a sweet deal and get hammered on the trade in the meantime.

No trade-in as part of this deal. They appraised 2K what Carmax would give me, so I'm going that route or 3rd party sale.

I made sure to keep this as 2 separate transactions. 1 for the negotiated price of the G, and 2 for the possible trade-in. As already mentioned, I didn't accept their trade-in price of my 04 TL.

I know its a hike man... but give Kevin a call at JBA in Elicot City. They will locate what you want and maybe treat you better on the price.... They gave more for my trade and took a lot less for their car than ANYONE else I talked to.

The phone number is 410.480.1000 Kevin is a good guy to deal with and Rich is the sales manager who is also a good guy... what can it hurt? Tell them Sean from VA sent ya!
