On the way to work this morning, I saw another 07G35 (total of 5 now). But this time, the driver is a female who's probably in her 40s. I just said to myself that's cool ... a lady driving a blue slate 306hp G35x. Based on what I've seen on the road, I think women prefer BMW 3 series first and ACURA TSX second. I've seen a couple of women driving Lexus IS. But today was the first time I've seen a female driving a G.

With regards to this forum, I think almost all forum members are male. Are there any female forum members here? Just curious.

Shortly after I got my G Sport back in Nov '06, I saw another one on the road in my neighborhood (which is odd, because even now, I don't see the G very often ANYWHERE in the Bay Area). It was a non-sport, a cute girl with shades on in the driver seat with a friend in the passenger seat. We both looked at each other. Damn it, I should've smiled or given her a thumbs up or something.

 

You should have .... I gave that 40s lady at thumbs up and I got a smile in return. Not bad even though she was older looking than me.

 

I haven't seen too many on the road and then all of the sudden I saw 6 of them in the last 2 days. I gave a courtesy wave to each and some returned the wave.

It's nice having the car not be everywhere on the road yet!

 

How many were female G drivers?

 

Just 1, and 1 of them was black on black and parked so I parked right next to the person, but they never came back to their car.

 

I just hope we don't get overshadowed by the '08 coupes.

 

The 08 coupes should be nice. I couldn't wait and I like having the practicality of a sedan, so it's not going to bother me when they hit the road.

 

well thats what im waiing on for months i was undecided on getting the 07 sedan but with summer coming up and the new release of the coupe hmmmmmm thats gonna be my ride so count 1 girlie with a G ......soon

I also see an older lady (50ish) once or twice a week on the same drive to work. Ya, I only saw a handful of 07's in the past few months and end up seeing 3 today and 2 yesterday. More are getting on the road now.

Elaine, I bet waiting for the coupe is going to be super tough! I couldn't wait any longer and ended up getting the sedan. I still have the a pic of the coupe on myspace bc I like it so much.
