Ahhhh!
I brought my week old G in yesterday to get a tire repaired. Dammit! Who left a nail on the road?! *sigh*

But all is fixed now. Except for the fact that it felt like my car was raped!! GAH! If the service guys are anything like the guy that shuttled me to work (I work about 7min drive away from the dealership), then they were probably treating it very very poorly And a scuff mark!! No scratch or anything, and it doesn't look like dirt...what the heck did they do to get a mark like that on the side skirt

AHhh, I never want to bring it back in ever ever again. I dread the day I see some stupid SOB taking my car for a joyride around downtown



On another note, I noticed quite a few new G's in the parkade today!! We've almost got the whole exterior colour spectrum. My IP, and I saw an OB, LP, GE, BS. Also saw a silver 350Z, and blue 350Z, a couple silver 06 G coupes, and a few of the new Altima's. Funny how after becoming a G owner I'm really started noticing the "family" wherever I go

 

Let the service manager know...
I had a scuff mark on my FX and complained to the manager.
He apologized and gave me a bottle of Lexol cleaner and conditioner.

Sometimes they need feedback. And you will probably get a service questionnaire in the mail in about 3 days - fill it out.

No, I was running late so I just left.
But I'll be calling them back. Well, I did call and left a voicemail but they haven't called me back yet. They promised to fix the 3M job on one of the headlights, but clearly they did not. I guess I'll be calling back again tomorrow!

 

You must stay on top of it if you want to have it fixed. If they see you get lenient about it, they'll treat it leniently.
