Anyone complain to Infiniti about seat bolsters?

Has anyone said anything to their dealer about the wrinkling of the seat bolsters? Did they do anything about it or just write it off as normal wear and tear?

The left-side drivers-side seat develops stress wrinkles on the bolster in a rather odd manner indicative of the foam beneath it being broken-in at a relatively alarming rate.

The left bolster on the driver seat gets wrinkled from when you get in/out of the car and have to put pressure on it. I remember a thread of people complainining about this as well on the 07 as well as in the 1st gen. I'll take a pic when I get home to show you how mine looks.

We had some similar problems with the FX and M...
I think it's more of a leather issue than the foam.
A good dose of leather care product usually removes the wrinkles.

Can u post a pic?

I haven't noticed any issues with mine at all. Throw up a pic when you get a chance.

Mine is showing signs of a few wrinkles ... but if I have to pick a battle with Infiniti it will be about the pits on the grill. 3000kms and I have quite a few.

I have those same wrinkles in the same place on my seat. Maybe Garnet Canuck can recommend some leather product(s) to repair those wrinkles. It shouldn't happen to a seat that is real new...if they're using quality components.
