07 S auto dyno numbers

here are my friends numbers, they seem kinda low on the corrected side, and so did the number on my maxima (CF was .94) ... dunno if it was the dyno or what?

Car has about 7k on it .

Let me know what you guys think of the numbers.

The corrected #'s are not low at all. If anything, its about 10 more than spec. 253/.8 (20% loss) = 316HP Nice #'s for stock, you should be happy.

Maxima Owned that G I knew that to me G didnt feel as fast as many think on this board. Generaly all modern cars are very close in performance these days so no surprise.

Huh?
Looked like they were almost exactly matched...
At one point the G slowed quickly and the maxima didn't, is that what you're calling owned?
Street racing is pretty stupid anyway.

First let me tell you that I'm not a supporter of street racing by any means since I have 2 kids. In that last run Maxima pulled a head of G dont know what it was, my question is - our superior 07 G's with 306HP are much faster than previous generation G how in the hell that maxima managed to do what it did?

The G slowed down FAST. Looks like there was a car in his lane up ahead....

Actually in the 2nd run, the G pulls away the same way - just part of the fun of racing illegally in traffic!

The Maxma was modded and the G wasn't. I don't think the results would be so close if both cars were modded the same way.

The 2nd gen is not "much faster" than the previous generation. Is it faster? Definitely. But the margin is probably smaller than you would think.

And to the OP: I removed the link to the video. Street racing is not tolerated on this site.

I've owned both, and can tell you that a stock Max only has a chance from about a 10 mph roll, where it has lots of torque. And BTW, it doesn't really have a chance, that's just the best way to try it.

The G doesn't feel fast, if you punch it there's no huge feeling of acceleration. It's just that very quickly you look down, and the speedo is into triple digits...
