Exclamation Wheel Lock ID Card??

I got my car with infiniti wheel locks, and one keyed nut is present with the tools.
I have been told that wheel locks are supposed to come with an ID number that would allow for the keyed nut to be replaced by Infiniti.

Did anyone get this with their cars? If not, what do you suggest?

Yes, I had a card with the wheel lock ID number in with the owner's manual stuff. Its a good thing too because I bought my G used and the wheel lock key was missing and I had to order a new one.

I was just thinking about that the other day, I will check this afternoon. BTW, someone said they got a "set" of lock keys or whatever you call them, I only got one in my owners pouch - am I supposed to have 4 or 1?

I got 1 "key" plus 4 locks (already mounted on wheels)

I will go take a look in the booklet again. I had not noticed it. Worth another look before I call dealer

Check the glove box, center console, etc. You never know where they may have put this card.

Make sure you have the card! There was just someone at my dealer the other day who could not get their wheel off to fix a flat because of the lock. The didn't have the key or card and were SOL. A tow truck needed to come and get it off.

This is something like the dealer should have saved for you.

On the right hand pic, check the red oval for the id # necessary for replacement.
(BTW this is a spare set that I have.)

I for sure did not get that.
I am going to ask the dealer to remove the set I have, and give me a new set. I'm even willing to go 50/50 with them on the cost.
I can just see this as a much more expensive problem than the $50 it would take to fix it today

They shouldn't mind swapping sets (for 0$) since most people don't worry about the 'paperwork' and #'s anyway.

I didn't get wheel locks with my G. Is this supposed to be optional or was this an oversight by my dealer?

It is a dealer "accessory", but most of the cars in the US seem to bring it standard.

I got one with the car. Although, looking at the key nut, it looks pretty standard - nothing that the average crook cannot overcome.
