Black is the new black.

As said above, looks great ...as long as you leave it in the garage right after you wash and wax

BTW, can we please refer to Black Obsid as something other than BO? I will wash it more to keep the stink off.

Blue Slate is "BS". That's not good either. At least there is not an African Senegeti Sand.

BTW isn't the serengeti a grass land???

The wife and I went to test drive the car yesterday and i freggin loved it. I was so excited to drive it that when the salesmen told me to go left I went right.

I thought I was set on Blue slate but now it is a toss up again.

My wife had a very good point but don't tell her I said that. Here is what she said about the two colors.

Black
You see black cars everywhere so the color itself doesn't pop. But it shows off the cars curves and looks. So when you have the car in black, people that see it will say man look at that cars curves not anything about the color.

Blue Slate
You don't see this color on alot of cars and the color looks great. When people see the car the color stands out first then the car.

So do I want to show off the car or the color.

I love blue slate but the black just looked tough. I think blue slate is business class and black is a harley.

My last 3 cars I purchased new were all white. My 04 G35 Coupe, 2000 Passat, 1970 MGB. I think it's time for a change and I am considering Silver. I would have chosen red if it were the same color as the M, but it isn't. Still time to decide.
