My question is simple. Is it possible to pull out the factory lcd/radio, and install a double din radio in a 2007 g35x? Has it been done? Any diagrams? Will it fit? Instead of getting the navigation package, I could get a pioneer double din touchscreen, with navigation, bluetooth, hard drive, and sirrius. I like sirrius more than xm, and I plan on instaling 1 or 2 12in subs. I also plan on pulling out the factory bose speakers ( because they suck)....So far the only option I am aware of is leaving the factory system in, and using a line out converter ( rockford fosgate 3sixty.2) but I want high voltage radio with in dash dvd, mp3, wma, touch screen hard drive, sirrius, etc. Money is not an issue, as long as it is done right. Why spend 2000+ on a crappy upgrade, when I can get it all with a pioneer for less.
