How to transfer MPEG4 to MP3 for Flashcard?

The music on my computer is in MPEG4 format and the car will only recognize MP3's. How do I convert these files to MP3's?

use a converter application such as http://soundtaxi.info That's the best one I've found so far.

+1 for soundtaxi, also allows you to convert "locked" Itunes files to unlocked versions.

If you have iTunes you can convert them under advanced menu
