Sorry for the delayed post - it's off a Canon Rebel. Great camera.
The stone seems to look different in various lighting conditions. At times it looks wheat - sometimes stone/gray.
I like the combo and don't find it too hard to keep clean. I think it makes the cabin seem a bit more open and airy. To each his own!

Agreed. I'm going to buy some black (graphite) floor mats for mine.

Here are some low-res pics of interior I shot previously. Hopefully the attachments work. (1st time).

A few more. LP/Stone interior shots. Low-Res.

Yes. I imagine it will show dirt, scuffs, markings eventually over time, but I'll deal with that in the future.

Take a gander at it in person... it makes a big difference.

I liked it in pictures, but when I saw in person I decided on Graphite.

You can't go wrong with Graphite. I got Stone because my Mazda6 also had stone, and I really like the two-tone contrast. The Stone is classier because of the lighter color, but the Graphite is definitely sexier and more sophisticated (read: sporty!) as one poster put it. I just didn't want the cabin so dark with all the black plastic trim AND black seats.

The Stone mats are a PITA. I also spilled some Thai takeout sauce on the rear right mat. The driver mat is also full of dirt and stains. So, after months of waiting, my dealer finally got their hands on 6MT Graphite mats (very rare, apparently). My car is now very cool looking, with the dash being black, seats gray, and floor also black. I'll try to take pics and show everyone. It was worth the $96 (CA tax included) for the OEM mats. Note: I placed them ON TOP of my Stone mats. There'll be some sliding, so you can always just remove your old mats instead.

See if you can get to another nearby dealership to see firsthand.

Just make sure before you decide. Don't want any regrets.

Oh well ... maybe it's a sign of which interior I should go with!

We shall see ... I need to decide by this evening.

I would lean towards graphite if I was to do it again.
I had graphite on my last G and really enjoyed it. This time around, I got stone but only because that was the only choice I had if I wanted a black car that was in stock. The two tone of the stone interior is nice though.
Good luck with the decision.

i have the liquid plat in graphite and love every bit of it ... also ... with the legal tint being so light these days ... the graphite interior gives it a illusion of the windows being darker ... i think the exterior/interior color combo makes it a great contrast ..

Those are Sport seats, they're manually adjustable.
