Problems searching missing titles in Music Box

Problems searching missing titles in Music Box
When I go to the menu in the Music Box to search for missing titles I cannot access it, it is blacked out? I am doing this with the vehicle stopped and the car in park and I have several CD's with no Artist/Album information?
