Does anyone know the correct antenna adapter to use so the standard antenna plugs can fit? I was able to get to the back of the AV unit while installing my HD Radio adapter and noticed that the plug is quite small for the antenna.

Did some searching around, and the closest thing I could find was a 40-NI11 from Metra.

Any ideas?

I do not know the answer to your question, but I would be interested in a DIY outlining the procedure and products you used. I am interested in adding an HD tuner to my stock setup as well.

I picked up the Zoom HD radio adapter from best buy (link above) after selling my old HD deck from my previous car.

I followed the 07 G35 Service manual on how to get behind the Auido/Video controller.

Off the top of my head, after you pop up the boot frame where the shifting handle is and using channel locks to remove the shift ****, you can pretty much pull off the few things you need to get behind the radio. After figuring out that I needed an adapter - I had to put things back together. Next time when I take it apart, i'll have my digi cam with me and take some pictures along the way.

If anyone has any ideas on what adapter to use, lemmie know~
