you people with strips falling off on multiple doors........ are those the doors you open the most?

why not just ask the dealer to replace the strips on all 4 doors, since theyre all stuck on in the same crappy way?

My driver's door did that too...Dealer didn't replace the weatherstripping, but just remounted it under warranty. It's been fine since...

Interesting. I haven't encountered this yet, but will definitely be keeping an eye out.

Ive been concerned about that happening on the back doors because that is where I put my hand to shut the door to avoid fingerprints. On the front doors, I just put my hand on the back edge where there is no weather stripping. Do you guys shut the door from the top? I am wondering if that is a possible cause.

VERY interesting - had this problem on both front doors (only about a 3" length) and hadn't even noticed. I fixed it by pushing it back in, but will add that to the dealer warranty list. Thanks!

Oh, and per another poster's question - I don't ever put my hand on this part of the door.

Mine too

I had this issue about two days after picking up the car. I reported it to the dealer. They order a replacement strip and just made the change on Monday. Two days later and this issue is showing up again. Slightly frustrating. Anyone have any suggestions?
