Ah! Dealership scratched my car putting on my front plate
I took my car to the dealership this evening to get my new plates. After they put it on and as I was looking at my new plates, I noticed an odd scratch on my bumper right above the front plate. I knew it wasn't there previously I had just washed my car the other day. I also back into my parking spot at work (which I never do until I got my rear view camera) so I know it wasn't there today before and after work.
So when I saw the scratch on my bumper I was not too happy with it and I told my sales guy it was definitely not there before I got to the dealership. Luckily he got his manager on it and they told me they'd try to buff it out next week, and if that doesn't work they'll look further into making it right. I guess we'll see it goes next Monday, but I feel very unfortunate this has happened, but I am glad it is getting fixed.

If you run your finger nail through it, and its deep enough to stop your nail it has to be repainted. If your nail slides across it with ease.. it can be buffed.
This is what my paint guys tell me to check for when I discover damage on vehicles. (I work at a dealership)
