Installing Splash Guards

I'm going to be installing a set of splash guards. It looks to be very simple, but I thought I would check for any advice or tips that you guys might have. I'm looking to achieve a tight fit and avoid the stuck on look. In addition the the plastic screws, did you use 2-sided tape? If so, any recommendations on tape and where to purchase? Thanks.

Hmmm. I have the stock ones which are very small IMO. and would also like more protection, do you have a pic of the ones your thinking about installing? I am thinking about adding to, or replacing to something a little larger.
