My car is sweating

has anyone else experienced water puddles under their car? I pulled into my garage tonight after making a quick trip to the store and noticed that the spot i had just left 20 minutes before had a big giant wet spot on it...so i backed up to take a second look and after i pulled back in, i walked behind the car and the area i had just backed up into had water spots from the car dripping....

My guess is that what i'm seeing is just AC condensation and i'm probably just being an over worried new parent...but i'm worried that it could be something serious like a tear? i'm noticing the puddle in the front end of the car...almost right between the front wheels but a little more towards the passenger side....

forgive me ignorance of automotive anatomy but are there any valves, etc that might be located there? I would hardly doubt its a tear, i'm a fairly conservative driver and the car only has 2000 miles on it.

Please tell me i'm being paranoid.

You already know what it is... Nothing to worry about, it's the condenser.

With our 90 degree days here lately, I ALWAYS have that large puddle.

Now go out and enjoy the car!

hehehe yes, you sound like a new parent. It's ok though - nothing's wrong with the car.

First time I saw it, I went and checked to make sure it was water...

Better know for sure that it's the condenser than find out it's a puddle of coolant.

I almost always have a little puddle of water behind the front passenger wheel wheel. I know it's water because I always doubt it every time I see it, so I'd touch it for a sense of security.

Yup, that's water from the condensor. I was worried when I first saw it a few months ago too...

Same here in Cali... I was scared too and thought it could be something serious but I think it's just water.
