Do you guys have a clear plastic template piece covering the paint, located down by the sill at the rear doors just in front of the rear wheel well?

Just wondering what it was, and whether I should try removing it.

 

no it is to prevent rock chips leave it there

 

i know i had a plastic strip on the lip of the front bumper that my dumbass removed. I thought it was just a flimsy piece of plastic but i ended up yanking on it and it turned out to be pretty thick. It wouldve prevented rock chips at least but i removed about 6 inches and it wouldnt stick back to the bumper so i had to completely remove it.
