Those that went from stock to 20" wheels
I've always purchased 19" wheels for all my cars, but never 20's. The wheel wells on our new G's are bigger than usual and screams for 20's. I'm currently driving on 19" M45 sport wheels (245/40/19) and the ride quality is not bad at all.
I would like to hear your experiences from 17"/18" stock wheels to upgraded 20" wheels. I'm on the fence on buying a set of 20" forged wheels

- Is the ride that much harsher?
- Do you regret buying 20" wheels?
- Have you bent a wheel yet?
- Any loss of performance/handling?
Thanks in advance!
Mods, I placed this post here since I would like to hear from only 07' G sedan owners.

I think alot of it is the tire you choose. Some are a lot noisier than others, some have a taller sidewall than others even with the same sidewall ratio. I would read reviews on the tire seller websites and get a feel from those that have purchased the brands already. Personally going from an 18" to a 20" was a bit of a change. I notice a little more road feel with the lower sidewall. I really have to watch for road debris and potholes, etc but that's to be expected. Performance wise I noticed a minimal change. This may be due to the fact that the 20" is a forged 2 piece wheel vs. the stock aluminium slug.
Personally I think 20" rims with 1.5" lowering makes the car look great. I don't regret not going 19's.
