He said no money down.

2500 is a lot to put down on a lease. And I bet you would have ended up a lot closer to 500 a month when all the papers were signed....

Look @ all lease ads for higher end cars, most of them require you to put at least $3000 down.

They don't "require" you to put anything down. To get the deal that is advertised you have to put the money down. You can go into any dealer and say I want to put 0 down and they will adjust the numbers accordingly.

Thats why they always put the payment in huge letters (399/mo) and the details about cap cost reduction and other fees in the fine print. When you end up in the dealership and say "I want the 399 deal" they hit you with the down payment and you say, "I cant afford that!". Then the deal is suddenly 495/mo. You've already taken a test drive and fallen in love with the car....At that point an extra 90 a month doesnt seem like such a big deal....

Look at your contract to see the cap. cost they gave you the car for not including your down payment. Your cap cost should be at least $2500 below MSRP. Is the $600 including your monthly tax?
Seems a bit high for 39 months.

The S lease program is not as good as the X. The (at least when i ran my numbers) had a better residual value as well as the money factor. Also depends when you got your car because lease numbers really do change on a monthly basis, especially with such a new model.
