Purchasing the new 07 G35 Sedan

Hi Guys-
I am about to buy my new G35 sedan on Aug 25th. I am a first time buyer and I just want everyone's input to see if the prices I got quoted on is legit and they are not ripping me off. I am getting a Journey with black interior and black obsidian, Premium and navigation, no splash guard and no wheel. The price is 37,333 out the door and this is with the Vehicle Purchase Program. They said I can not negotiate off of the VPP. Let me know on your input thanks!!!

Tough to tell. OTD prices vary depending on local sales tax, title and registration fees. Some places cost more some don't. Better yet, minus TTL what's the cost of the car and how does it compare to invoice/msrp on edmunds.com for the exact same options?

and what are you going to do with a car without wheels?

To compare, I'm in VA and my quote was $38,366 OTD for a G35 sport auto with navi/tech/premium alongside splash guards and a cargo mat. However, another dealer is attempting to give an even better quote.

I purchased my car under VPP; before tax, title and license it was 36660. OTD for me was about 40,400 with tax title and license (Los Angeles County, CA)

G35S, Auto, Nav, Prem, Tech, Splash.

Wow, that sure sounds like a fair deal! Guess I didn't do so good. Got mine in Huntsville, AL Saturday for $37,800 with MSRP of $39,600.
Journey with premium, nav, tech, security wheel lugs, splash guards, clear bra, cargo net, sunroof wind deflector. G's seem to be mighty popular here, dealer wouldn't even discuss $1000 over invoice. Wrong time of the month, perhaps.

In Maryland I just paid $500 over Invoice for my 07 Sport. I shopped at a few dealerships for different cars and everyone seems willing to deal right now. Popular or not, they're not selling many cars.

I guess it's too late now, but for anyone in Alabama, or the Gulf Coast region looking to buy, check out Infiniti of Mobile. Great deals down there. Not only that, but the deal on the trade was excellent, too.

You didn't say which model you're buying, which makes a difference.

Regardless, most buyers in metropolitan areas where there are dealers competing against each other have been seeing $500.00 over invoice. This is the end of the 07 model year and they have to make room for the 08's, so you should be able to get a good deal. Check out the Internet/fleet department for rock bottom prices.

Not sure what my price was before Tax and Licensing; but OTD for me was about 40,734 with tax title and license (Los Angeles County -8.25%, CA)

I had one dealer find the lowest price OTD and just shopped around until someone could find my car and beat the price quote. Most dealers heard that price and advised me to buy it where i got the quote.

G35S (IP with black interior), Auto, Navi, Prem, Tech, Spoiler, Splashguards and cargonet.
